^Yeah I think you need something to help tie the color to the rest of the car.
I love the scheme though. Keep this set for a while!

yea as soon as i get some money saved up again, i'm going to start cleaning up the engine bay, and i'll be color matching the valve covers, strut tower bar and a few other things. the car is far from done!

On a side note, has anyone tried a wire tuck on a solara?

wire tuck will be sick. make sure you have enough room in the fenders to hide the fuse boxes. Dont let them tires burn through the wire insulation

JamesT tried a tuck on his Gen3 (?) Camry.
He's not on here anymore, and I don't know if he ever got it done.
I think the two things that would make the biggest difference would be
moving the battery to the trunk, and deleting the ABS and Cruise systems.

ill most likely be doing a wire tuck next summer when i pull the engine for its 300K/kms bday and rebuild. i already have a second battery in the back for my stereo so that'll be easy for me. but im not gonna go as low as you Napster so my fuse box should be safe lol. wire tuck should be doable and very sexy once done.

there is no way i could fit a fuse box under the fenders. the tires are maybe 1/4" away from the body weld and the main wiring harness, but still, i'd like to do some clean ups.

Do an AC delete and tuck the box under the dash where the evaporator is now.
Heck, you might have room for the box and the battery right there under the dash.
It doesn't get hot in Louisville does it?
