Some flex

Some flex

Postby soloudra99 » Wed Jun 15, 2011 4:48 pm

A little video I just quickly took of some roof/trunk flex, and a little windshield/window flex too. I tried to do some editing to it, slow-motion to better see the "flex", but I'm no good video editing in Linux, so just the raw footage this time.

OH, and turn the volume down, it's rather annoying.

I currently don't have any mids/highs speakers installed and working in the ride (just a 75w "boom-box" I run off a ac/dc power converter)
All my speakers got fried by an amp I installed last year. :bad-words:

Haha, I don't always listen to low frequency test tones, it's just to show what it's got. I'm looking to get into some audio comps and stuff.

...dude...

(Your solder joints and other sensitive electronics may become damaged rendering the vehicle useless... not to mention the risk of your windshield POPPING OUT into traffic like an ejection-seat canopy while driving down the highway... I'm sorry, but I don't get it. :-? )

it's like hair loss. first a few things will start coming loose and malfunctioning... then eventually one day as you're driving, bumpin your jams, your wheels will just fall off.

I was thinking the same thing. My 300w sub doesn't even do that.
TRD S/C 6psi - OBX Full Exhaust - Injen intake ( 226whp untuned).

New Setup - 3mzfe - obx full exhaust - aem fic - innovate mtx-l wideband - Cpe intake. (Estimated 220whp) dyno numbers coming soon.

Haha, when I said I was running a boom box for mids/highs off a 75watt power inverter, I mean that's in addition to my installed woofer/amp.

I'm gonna be ordering some 6 - 8inch mids and make some custom fiberglass door pods- as soon as the Canadian postal strike is over.
