My passenger light has been out for a few weeks. I have mclough hid's anyway i thought it was the bulb so i tested it on the driver side its good. I hooked up the other balast and tested it and it also works on the drivers side. Is there a fuse that can be blown and if so where is it? or could the wiring be bad. Has anyone else had similar issues, I was thinking of trying a stock bulb tomorrow to see it that works.

There's a small fuse box on the passenger front side. If I remember correctly the fuse is in there. Try using 15A or a 20A fuse not the stock 10A.

Correction the fuse box is the small box on the drivers side. Make sure you have 15-20Amp fuses for the headlights. That's the only thing I can attribute it to.

if you've got the McCullogh's, i'm pretty sure you lose the high beam. are you sure you're pluggin' it in right? there's only 2 prongs that will be attached. try and flash your highs and see if that passenger side bulb comes on.
