I was involve in an accident because this bastard in the mercedes didnt yeild to traffic. But he claims he made to median and crap. Anyways i got heavy damage on my left front, but minor damage the right front. The engine wasnt damage that a good thing. But the frame in the front has to be all replace. But the bumper mount on the left got smash in pretty bad. So the question I have is how much it cost to replace the airbags from the dealer, parts and labor cost on that too. I also I have another question, but front seatbelts on both side are current locked. They arent able to he release or pulled. So does anyone knows why the seatbelts are like that, and it there anyway to fix that problem?

I have insurance but it only liability. I hit him because i was on a northbound road , and he was ont he right of me at a bodyshop. He though he could make it cross in time before I get to him. Plus it was raining when i was like 30 ft from him i saw him coming out of the shop fast and slam the brake on my car and end up smashing him on the left side rear wheel. But he claim he already made it and crap. That bastard lied.

If he "made it to the median", then he wouldn't have been hit! I think you got a good case and it sounds like it is his fault, based on your description of events.

it might be cheaper to see if ebay or junkyard has air bag assembly, the dealer will rape you at least thousand of dollar for air bag.

Nahh I was in the same accident but it was a meat truck. My whole front got smashed! My airbags did not come out! I walked away with just scraped knees. I slammed the brakes (Mistake - I don't have ABS) and the font end tucked under the truck so it did not impact the sensors. 13k worth of damage.

Guess what it was his fault!!! My insurance covered everything but they got the other guys insurance to pay back.

It was also raining and the rear end of the truck did not fit across in the median!! Dumb!

Good Luck!

Exactly! This is his fault if what you describe is correct.

Do you have any witnesses? Did the cops come and make a report? What did they say about it? It must have made a very loud noise, and right in front of the body shop, too.

If you have decent insurance and a police report, your insurance will investigate and make him pay. Be patient. You should even get a rental car while they fix yours!

He got a freaking witness that are friends with, and you guys no how it is. The police did came out, but at first the acused me of the accidet. But than, after the officer go around get the story from everyone. The officer finally declare unable to determine at fault on the report. So that guys insurance say dat im at fault becuz he acused me of losing control and turn in to smash him.
