sounds like something shorted out.. could have been the fuses for the ECU making it so the car wouldn't start.. check the fuses

you have subs? when you turned the key did the starter try to start the car? or did it just die and not try at all?

it might be your battery... correct me if im wrong, but if your car does not do anything when you turn the ignition on it should be your battery... did any lights turn on??? like the ones in the dash???

First thing I would do is disconnect the battery negative, wait 15 minutes, and put it back on and see what happens.

Dude mang. You and me have the same problem but I was able to pull the wires apart under the visor before it reached to the situation like yours..I even posted the same thing a few days ago and no one has found out so Yours wont be much.

See no replies on this one yet. Im going to operate the car myself this weekend and see what I can do to help you bro. From what I see there is a mistake fuse voltage somewhere. Like when I look at the fuse box nothing for the light wiring. So that means it must be running off one of the other appliances which took allot of power so the fuse didnt blow. So basicly I have to fun what it runs through and remark the wires. We are the first to been through this ahaha and it sucks as hell. If anyone finds the problem help us. It sucks!!!!!!!

it would be something w\ ur alarm fried.... do u have killstart w\ the alarm? if the alarm is malfunctioning then it could be the alarm not letting the starter turn the car over, since its a safty percaution

that could be it everytime i press the alarm it just make a long beep soind like beeeeeeeeeeeeeep for 30 seconds and it stop, everything else works, except the alarm and it wont start...does the alarm have a fuse on the fuse box? because when all the this shenanigan happen, there was smoke coming from the engine it was on the side where the fuses are.???

Mine doesnt do that. Mine does I think 3 short beeps and lock, but I dont think the alarm works. I checked all my fuses and my car does run still just the interior lights, the clock, and when the door open symbol in the dash doesnt work. When I also put the key in it doesnt do that ping ping sound that the key is in. So could mine be the alarm too? if i jsut rip the main box out of the alarm will my car die?
