Okay.. So my suspension setup is Eibach and Tokico. Well I'm about to upgrade wheels. My current one's are 18x7.5 What's the widest I can go.? You know, to get the biggest lip going.. I've heard 19's are a BIA to install, so I might go with 18's again. Can I do 18x10's.? Talk to me.. Thanks in advance. Carlos. If you got info on a 19" setup let me know too. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

PLEASE POST IN THE CORRECT FORUMS!

i believe 8" is about as wide as you can go without rubbing...it also depends on offset, tire size, etc...

10" wide wheels would look ridiculous. They would stick out so far from the car not to mention all the extra stress it would put on the bearings and cv joints.

My 19x7.5 fits fine. But I would be wary if you didnt have a good installer, and go for 18s instead.

Hey guys thanks a lot for the feedback.! :D That's why I love coming here. So I think I've narrowed it down to the following setup:

19x8 w/ 235 40 19 Tires..

Does anyone feel I'll have any problems with this setup.? I don't know if anyone has tried 19x8's.. I saw that TRD sells some 18x8's so I don't know if moving up to 19's, but going a bit bigger from 19x7.5 to 19x8's will be a problem..

My main concern is rubbing on turns and during normal driving conditions. You know, like will my fenders rub or will I rub on the Tokicos..

Thanks again..

I have 19x8 with 38mm offset with 225/35/19 tires without any problems...

you can go with 8.5 as long as you get the right offset..

dont run 225/40 on 19's.. the wont fit very well..

35 series is the highest you can go with our platform..

Okay.. So I think I've got this. I can go with a 235/35/19 (19x8) or 225/35/19 (19x8) setup, as long as I go with a 38mm offset. Right.? What would be the major difference between these setup's.? And sorry about the ignorance, but what's an offset and where does it come into play.? Thanks for your assistance guys :D

Yes.. you should have no problem with that set-up.. you can even go 35mm offset but may need to roll rear fenders.. 38mm is safe.. since from personal exp thats what i have and haven't had any problems..
