It has increased throttle reaction so that my car revs faster when I accelerate. I believe, however, that this has exposed the air flow shortcomings of my stock exhaust and stock intake (w/K&N filter). In other words, I think this pulley will produce a proportional benefit depending on how free flowing a system you have.
Unfortunately, I do not have as free flowing a system as I should. I may be one of the few with 6lbs. of boost, yet still using stock exhaust and stock intake. In order to make the most of the pulley, and other tweaks here and there, I guess I will have to say goodbye to my quiet stock intake and get the CAI whenever it is re-released. Also, I will have to bite the bullet and get the exhaust system done.
Hope this helped.
Wow, sounds good. How long have you been running 6lbs. of boost? Did you do any mods to support that much boost?
My car is currently in the shop to get my 5.5 pulley on. But, I'm also getting the crank pulley, 190 fuel pump, 330cc injectors, Supra MAF kit, and S-AFCII. I'm also looking into the Sun Auto Hyper Voltage System and Sun Exhaust Grounding Systems. I already have Jim's fuel kit, the CAI extension, JPP y-pipe, and just put on my 2 Magnaflow mufflers. Even with all the I'm still scared to run 6lbs. Man, I wish I knew for sure that I could be totally safe to run more than 5.5lbs on stock internals.
Man, I can't wait to get it back and get the AFC dialed in...

I'm so curious as to what kind of numbers I'll be putting down when I get on the dyno...
MO POWER!!!
