Putting 19" TSWs Rims in NY (roads are unforgiving) and $1600 down the tubes. I still get emotional everytime i think about it

Wood dash trim kit - I should've gone carbon fiber.

Not really a mod, but I really wish I bought a V6 5sp instead of an SLE.

My clear corners, but it wasnt really a loss, I spent 12 bucks on them and I put the originals back on anyway. They look like poo with my color car.

SC V6 wrote:I'd have to say, buying the TT Maf and I never installed, and no one wants it now, so I basically invested in a $250 cool looking sensor

ANYONE WANT IT!?!?! Never been installed

damn steve, you STILL tryin' ta sell that thing!?!

well, as for my mods, i really, REALLY regret doing the carbon fiber trim dash from Alkaplus.com. it got all yellowish and the corners from the main console trim piece is now warped, so it kinda curves up.

i'm actually in the process of replacing all the panels with the trim on it. i want to refabricate new pieces to go in place of my OEM panels.

Putting slotted rotors on the car with overly aggressive pads...warpage and $212 down the drain :(

My grill... Should've looked for some place that'll chrome-dip it instead of doing $5 AutoZone spray paint; it's still a fugly dull silver instead of a cool chrome grill.

Also I should've payed the $30 extra to put mirrored tint on the windows, but then again I would've got all sorts of tickets.

I wonder if lowering my ride was worth it every time I hafta go over a speed bump. I wonder if the Tokicos were the shox to use every time I go over a bumpy road.
Then again, every time I go around a corner fast enough to slide out of the leather seat, it seems worthwhile. :)
