These are templates that replace the OE gauges. So long as the scale is the same, there should be no difference in gauge performance. Just some cool looks.

there are 2 different kinds on procarparts.com. one of them is the reverse glow gauges which u found and the other is the reverse gauges. personally i like the reverse better than the glow but thts my opinion.

Theres actually at least 4 general kinds

1) White face, regular glow
2) White face, no middle ring, straight letters, reverse glow
3) White face, middle ring, slanted letters, reverse glow
4) Silver face, no middle ring, straight letters, reverse glow.

Beware, there is a batch of the 3rd kind out there that has the 5 and 6 marker on the tach reversed. Make sure to look at the pictures before you get one if you get the 3rd type.

They are simply an overlay, so they wont (and cant) screw up anything if you install them correctly. Your needles never come off the guages, and the labels should be the same.

Yeah mine looks like that.
Also be sure to get the right inverter.
Cause the guy i bought it off on Ebay; made me buy another inverter. :x
But it all good now.
The only bad thing about the fuel and temp guage is that the fuel one is off by alittle. :-?

U found type 3, which is the same kind I have right now.

It comes with an inverter.

This one looks identical to the one that PCP sells. Theres also another "type 3" on ebay that is only slightly different - The km/h is in blue, its a little brighter, and the cutout is oval instead of cut-to-fit each light (The oval is just a little too small, causing the B in BRAKE to be hidden).

The ones you found are the kind to get in my opinion.

Yeah mine is like that undoruntaley. :(
But hey all i care is that at least it will show it somewhat.
I'm just glad i'm the only only so far that has re-wired the inverter to only light up blue instead of green or blue.
Cause i didn't want another dimmer or switch. 8)

Check mine out.

I think it's funny how they have the tach and gas/temp gauges on the wrong sides. :drinking:

Okay been meaning to ask this for a while...someone on here has gauges like these but they don't have the dark ring in the center. Who has those and where did they get them?

Without the ring is type 2 and 4 as i referenced above, depending if you want white or silver face.

I installed my friends silver face ones, which I got at procarparts. I dont like the center ring, but I like the bold, italicized numbers that only come on the ones with the rings in the middle. (The numbers on the one without the ring are all straight, normal font.)

Does any one make reverse glow for the 5 speed. I'm afraid the area where the auto markers are would look strange during the day with noththing there.
