What is this?

I'm dont really know much about HID's and differnt options. I saw that some sets cost 200-300 bux and this set is 10 bux.

What's the catch?

Those are normal halogens but they have a blue tint so its a fake hid look.

Yeah and those fake HID bulbs are even more dim that the stock bulbs. Not to mention that they blow out really fast.
