I am working with Ed the owner of PSE Superchargers in Southern California. Ed owns one of leading custom and rebuild SC companies in the country. Ed and a company he works with are building a custom intercooler for my TRD SC. This will be a water to air application. The heat exchanger that will be placed in front lower grill area is the one shown on my web-site. Ed firmly believes I will be able to run 12 psi of boost at temps lower then the OEM 4psi of boost. Needless to say what that will mean for HP. 8)

I found PSE has a web site:
http://www.pse.us/

Very informative.

I would definately consider doing this to my supercharger, but before I do, I need to do an engine rebuild to lower my compression *and* do a fuel modification to insure I am getting enough fuel (damn knock sensors).
May I ask what this process is costing you? I imagine it's not cheap.

I could have provided the web-site sorry. As far as cost goes, I am the first and we have not discussed cost other then to say, it will be expensive. Hey you know I've always said, you get what you pay for and I love being first!! 8)
