JEFF,

GET A HAYNES MANUAL. you can purchase one at your local auto parts store, or order online at amazon.com.

i think someone is selling one for our cars on ebay right now.

the Haynes Manual is only 15 bucks and it will show you how to do simple things that you had inquired about.

u don't have to spend money on a haynes manual... u'll probably find everything u need 2 know here w/ a lil research... anywayz, just like lilm said, just pry the cover off w/ a small flathead screwdriver. u can find replacement bulbs in a local auto parts store or online for about $5. i got some green ones made by polarg... 8)

How do you know which set to buy? They are all listed as MY1999, are the lights the same across all years?

$25 + shipping for two bulbs sounds a lil steep for me... but i guess whatever floats ur solara...

kind've off topic, but i thought the scion tc's had a nice touch w/ those "glowing cupholders"... those r so much better than our crappy cupholders

another tangent question: i heard blacklight is illegal in/on cars in some states? why is that?
