Stage 4 clutch first impressions...

Stage 4 clutch first impressions...

I barely had time to get my clutch job finished up before the body shop took my car, I managed to put 300 miles on it the night before i took it in. I figured that would be a long enough break in especially since this clutch is rated for way way more power than i will probably ever be putting to it...

I will be using the clutch tho...as i just got a set of Mickey T ET Drags(10 inch wide) mounted on a set of offbrand(as far as i know, they have no words on them,) 15x8's with a crazy offset to them, they will go on the car when i take it to the track, or when im gonna race a seriously fast car on the street.

This clutch is incredible....it so instantaneous....let out of the clutch 1 inch and its already engaged...slipping is not a factor, i know because from a dead stop...i can rev the car to 6200 and drop the clutch, and it will wind all the way out smoke EVERYWHERE im talking choking coming through the ac vents thick RUBBER...and i know you are thinking yeah so any 5 speed can do that...im talking about starting out in second gear!

Dam I wonder if the stock axle can handle such abuse.
