GOALS!

Max power possible.
I've no one to please or impress but myself.

Street legal.
Everyday driver, DMV registered.

Passes all OBDII Inspections Requirements.
No need to worry about POV check points for smog legal vehicles.

Finally, Fast but not so fast that when I give it to my daughter after the release of the Challenger she doesn't kill herself in the first six months.

I know it's sad, but that's the reality... This engine can't really handle too much power probably unless you redo the engine with a ton of stuff (e.g. fully balanced, port, polish, etc), but probably cheaper just to swap too.
