The Max Hp he metioned, is that actually possible? What size of the pulley u need for that kinda of Hp?
Also, he said the this supercharger doesn't fit in his 2002 V6 camry, so what's the difference with the 1st gen and 2nd gen of the supercharger?
The ONE & ONLY Fully Loaded 2006 X Avalon Limited with Body Kit in CA = Special Limited Edition + First 2GR-FE rebored the throttle body (i think...)

I believe the 02 Camry V6 is VVTI so it does not compatible.

That HP is not possible. You'd need a 2" pulley running like 11PSI of boost. Its just to help him sell his product.

I don't think there is any SC available for the 2002 camry. Even the gen2 which this one is will not fit a 2002 camry.

doh, forgot the v6 camry changed to vvti.

So no matter what, both gen of supercharger will fit on any year's solara with no major difference?

The only difference between the auto and the manual is the EGR tubes and the wiring of the EBC. You would need to call TRD and order a 5spd egr tube.

Nasty: I think he meant drive by wire. I belive the new camrys use electronic throttles, while we use a wire to control it. Either way that guys an idiot

The Gen1 S/C also had the strut tower brace for the Solara package, whereas the Camry versions for both Kazuma and TRD don't.

according to TRD the EBC's have different part #'s for the auto and 5-spd.

Problem

Postby jby » Tue Apr 01, 2003 8:21 am

Posted: Tue Apr 01, 2003 6:48 am Post subject: Supercharger Problem

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a 2002 Solara SLV6 Automatic with a Kuzuma charger. The problem I am having is when I get on it I have a smell like Burning sulfer/ rotten eggs/ burning gunpower. Is this the transmission clutch plates burning? Or the belt slipping?
