Would these fit a 2000 solara? the 18x7.5? What exactly is offset? I know nothing about rims but love those in Anthracite

no, that bolt pattern doesn't fit your car. unless they make one with a 5 x 114.5 bolt pattern, then that particular model WILL NOT fit.
