Dual pipin' for exhaust
Well i was readin' in one of my car magazine's, and i saw that Perrin made an exhaust for the WRX, that had dual 2.5" pipes for the mid-pipe.
I was wonderin' if i could do that for the Y-pipe.
In other words instead of a Y-pipe, i would have 2 2.5" exhaust pipes, 1 from the the and 1 from the rear to the cat.
Wouldn't that be better, than a Y-pipe, or even JP's Y-pipe, and Dat's Y-pipe. I mean if you look at the design the front header pipe runs to the cat, and then the rear header pipin' meets the front pipe in the middle somewhat.
But it think that would make some turbalence like Dat's Y-pipe.
Unless the rear header pipin' runs almost like JP Y-pipe, but we all know that costs almost and arm and leg.
I'm goin' try the dual header to cat pipin' and see what happens.
Let me know what you think about my idea.
