Yeah, I'm lucky that I am provided a work truck, thats why I just let the solara sit all winter long.

I garage my solara, its just the only car I got right. I cant wait till that day comes when I will be get to decide which car to take out for the day (two cars). Unfortunatly when that day comes the solara will become my daily car and the lexus/chevy/jeep will be the fun car! So pretty much the status of the solara wont change. Just may get booted out of the garage depending on where I move too soon.

p.s. we just got like 6inches of snow today while i was at work. I think this is the first time I really had to drive my solara in deep snow and it did ok. Better than the camaro but i will never forget the time I drove from columbus to cincinnati in 1ft of snow. It was a 1.5hr drive that turned into a 4hr drive. The camaro became a snow plow and I couldnt change lanes. I had to stay in the ruts made my semi's.

ehh Im actually really bored right now. Im snowed in so I went out and took some pictures of the snow for ya. It started snowing at 1pm today and by 3pm we had 3 to 4inches. This pic was taken at 6:30pm and now we have about 6inches. I stuck a ruler in the snow. This is hardly any snow though. In my hometown which was sylvania we have gotten up to 2ft of snow in one storm. I remember when I was a little kid one winter we had about 3.5ft of snow on the ground from a bunch of snows that came around the same time.

Here is a pic of my driveway with the snow covering my roomates trucks!

Then here is my car nestling nice and warm in the garage. It was covered in snow like the trucks but its been in the garage for about three hours and the snow is just a big puddle on the floor right now.

Snowed in with less than 1/2 foot of snow????? That's NOT snowed in!

Now, the more than occasional 3 feet I experienced in Buffalo...THAT'S snowed in!

LOL, Yeah I know what you mean lol, its just pointless to go out. Its driveable in 6in but fwd isnt that great in snow. But then the next picture ill post is pics of my car all crushed up because somebody hit me. (in a homer whisper voice... people in cincy cant drive very well in the snow.) When it snows here people resort to chaos and today was like the end of the world for the city.

LatinDragen when did you get that snow fall? Your spoiler supports the snow very well.

Wow- thats a lot of snow. I'd rather have the snow though, than all of the salt I have on the roads up here. My silver car has zero silver showing. I can't see through the windows and good luck getting any sort of light through the headlights or tail lights. Looks like someone painted the entire thing white. Oh well- it will come off when it rains this summer.

Good snow shots, guys. Nice to see "real-time" scenes from fellow Solaraguys... (how about it, gals?)

Yeah it does, I could only imagine how much extra weight that is on the car. But this was last years sudden blizzard (2 feet) in March/April I believe.I still made it to work that day, so the bosses gave me a bonus day and free lunch for the guts. :D
