New Headers and other parts from a new company? Please Read!

People relax,

We never sold any S2000 or Eclipse parts, those are posts about a different company which people have conacted with XERD.

As for the IS300 people we were on back order for parts and since all of the other things been posted everyone got on XERD's case.

Read all of our post, we dont want orders until we actually have the products to ship.

This project is a go however if people are not interested anymore in any products let us know now.

Thanx. Eyal

Please go to this link: http://www.xerd.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=15

Let us know if you still want these headers made or not. Everyone who e-mailed us go on to this link and let us know if you are still interested in this project.

We had about 21 interested customers we need to know if this is still the case.

Thanx.

ive been to the XERD site and from reading up on their forum i have noticed there are a lot of is300 people on there that are happy, and if they werent they wouldnt be there, companies have ups and downs, give it some time, just like how people wait 5 months for their greddy exhausts, and if u dont get the product you can always go to your credit card company and ask for the money back, simple as that....keep up the work XERD!

Well I think until you guys (Xerd or Eyal) can prove you all aren't doing shady business, make your explanation clear to the unhappy customers, not the new market you are planning to open up to (i.e. Camry/Solara community).

We aren't trying to push you all away from our market, we're just looking out for the good of the community since I personally have worked and interacted with companies that have big hopes and provide broken promises.

Thanks,
Moderator.

So what do you do about the people who sent in checks or money orders for deposits? Kind of complicates the situation doesn't it.

We dont do retail anymore because of all this talk on the net which is not 100% accurate. We dont want to be the victim of a few people on the Internet making things seem like something that is not the case.

We make the part, our dealers sell it.

Look at the date of those posts and look at all the people that said that things were taken care of.

Its up to you guys. You want headers let us know.

Thanx.

if it was a check and it had been cashed which it shouldve then you take your check that you used which u receive back each month with the rest of your processed check to the bank, tell them your situation and they will help you out, do a report, get a hold of the company and there ya go :) money order i dont know about, i just know about other things because it has happened to my mom and myself...thought there was some way to insure yourself on money orders....and when it comes to net stuff, credit and check cards are the best way to go now....

eyal, if you are such the great customer service guy that you wish solaraguy people to believe then why not give a guarantee on price and shipment terms. and guarantee that they wont be charged until you are ready to ship, not charged while you are making the product and waiting for parts?

if you can give a written guarantee with every purchase, then i will get off your back. until then i will not support what you are doing.

you have a great product, dont get me wrong, however i dont feel it is right for you to string people along for months at a time making empty promises. the camry/solara platform has had their share of empty promises already.

We used to make parts per orders, you placed an order, then we placed an order for the parts, a few weeks later we would get the parts and then ship it to you. We had some problems with our suppliers and because of that we stopped taking orders for a while.

We actually closed down for about a month in order to reorganize and make sure our customers wont bump into this problem again.

We have reopened and now we wont even take an order for a part we dont have in stock. We stock 25 sets of each product we make at a time. This is not small time anymore. This has been posted before if you were reading on the IS300 forums so there is no reason to post the same things over and over again.

We will not take an order for anything unless the part is ready to ship the same day, simple as that. This information will be added to our website and forums just in case people ask again.

By the way, why the guest name, we do like to know who we are talking to.

Thanx.

im using the guest name because i dont really care for you knowing who i am especially that i am waiting for parts from you. that and i dont have an account at solaraguy. i am not even a solara owner. however because i do have some friends that frequent this board i am looking out for their well being.

i am glad you have mentioned that you have cleaned up your act. but alas actions, speak louder than words. i see that you mentioned that you dont take orders until you have stock, good idea. i hope you execute your plan.

and could you please send out the gaskets to the people who have asked for them? its annoying having an exhaust leak.

This might just be me but, im excited about more products becoming available for the camry/solara platform. I think we should give it a chance, it seems like they are serious in their reformation and all. It might be because i havent really got things like headers yet for my car and i dont know anybetter. I guess either way... ide like to thank people like flip for looking out for the community but i think we should also be open to ideas like this right?

as we are all excited about XERD's products, there are just somethings that may sound too good to be true. i'll be thrilled if XERD can and i hope will keep their promise for our platforms. meanwhile i have to be pessimistic about this, b/c of the posts of our fellow IS300 guest.
