The offsets dont change the tire size, Which offset is it? and if they are different in the front/back, which ones are where?

hmmm now that you say it... i think im only rubbing on the drivers side cause i was kinda confused when one of the tires had the tire sticker on and someone wrote "DRIVERS FRONT SIDE" but on the inside of the rim it said "DRIVERS REAR" so i was kinda confused on that 1 tire... and all the rubbing is on the drivers side of the car... but its only on the rear... do you think if i swap the front and rear... it'll help it out?? thanks milt cause this crap sucks  i dont wanna roll my fenders up more without the cuts
