haha, man, haven't you heard all those Big Bear/Snow Summit commercials? fake snow is just like real snow! It's just water atomized by high-pressure air!

Back on topic... How's the new rims Jeff? got pics? what you decided to do on the lug nuts and lock nuts?

My Camry's gorilla's key was misplaced by Discount Tire..it took them 10 seconds with an air gun and some bolt lug thingie (they hammered that thing in) and then just spun it with the compressor gun. Tell's you a lot about things....

Funboy, can i purchase those things you are talking about at Discount tire? just 1 per wheel?
and just have 4 regular lugs on the rest?

if i remember correctly they only sell the gorilla brand
and yes u can have just one per wheel and 4 regular lugs
but some rims have very slim holes for the lugs so u would need to be sure they will fit....
take one of ur new rims to the store and they should be able to tell u what will fit...

ahh i cancelled the purchase of the gorilla lugs.

buying those spline tuner locking lugs or w/e from a friend. 25 total. so i hope this will help me out some.
called Discount Tire, they will charge me 40 bucks or so to swap out my stockies and put on the rims..

---

too bad I have to live with the 17s for a little while. but the roads around my area aren't exactly the best, even of course with going 18s or even 19s it wont make that much of a difference, but i just figure in the long run, 17s will be better off for me.

the spline lugs will deter most....but not all
u should eventually get locking ones with the key for only u
well 40$ for 4 wheels....u can buy a decent torque wrench for about 50$
its up to u

He is right. You only really need ONE per wheel anyways, the point is to just stop the theft in their track. They see the wheel with a lock on it, they be like, oh snaps... next car. Replacing all 5 is overkill. You live near an Advance Auto Parts? This

is something you're looking for.

Hey Kingkakyle, where in SoCal you from man?
