Im fione with whenever, I think it would be helpful to set some sort of a payment deadline for this- without one it is too easy to just keep putting payment off. I would really like to see this happen and from my experience, it often helps to have a payment deadline...

Im fine with waiting until may, I am ready whenever to make payment. But again, when you dont HAVE to by a certain time its easy to put it off. I think a deadline would be good, just my two cents.

he has a point though, what if we end up waiting and something happens in your life unexpected and you cant do it? you never know how things can change...

ultimately it is up to the gentleman running the group buy when the deadline/if the deadline will be...

Yeah I know its a group buy and Im not telling the group to wait Im just asking or begging, which ever you prefer. Im working hard trying to get some extra money on the side mowing and other stuff. Ill have the money...Im just asking til the end of may. Which has both my birthday and graduation. Ill have the money...

What would I have to do to persuade everyone to wait until may...

^probably not a lot since no one else has even seriously mentioned sending payment...

I dont doubt youll get the money, im just saying things happen and you dont expect them... like when I had all of these parts lined up for my camry and ended up having to sellit- i dont doubt you, just saying.

No one is going to put the money up until may at the earliest anyway im guessing, itll probably be fine..

lemme see if I can answer everyone.

UNLV: that is correct, lucky you. if you would prefer to pick it up, you can save on shipping. your price would be a flat 670. also, lucky you, by going thru the gb you are getting the kit tax free! Lucky you! :)

all others: I am kinda hands off in this gb. I know what I have to do to get this pricing and I won't be placing an order unless I meet my requirements from Kaminari. I am merely bringing the deal to you guys at rock bottom pricing. If no one wants in...no sweat. Hope that didn't sound harsh cuz it was meant to be. as far as a deadline goes, I won't set one and here's why. When these these opportunities come around, there are always a lot of people that say they want in, but when the deadline approaches, there aren't enough folks to meet group buy pricing. Here's what I am doing...I figure at this pricing, sooner or later, 7 people will surface that really want the kits with money in hand and when I receive 7 payments...I will order the kits. If I get 6 but it doesn't look good for a 7th, ill contact Kaminari and see if we can move on 6 kits.

if you guys that are definitely in with money in hand want to set a deadline, its fine with me. You guys can do whatever you want regarding coordination of it; just make sure you have 7 ppl with money in hand before a deadline is set. that way you have an idea of when they will ship plus it gives the stragglers a last change to make the deadline.

also, I'd like to thank everyone for your, interest and input. we can learn a lot from so many points of view.

I appreciate the help fast lane. make sure we make the 7 people though otherwise ill have to plead with Kaminari to allow the price to be kept which I hate begging. :)
