Did anybody change to adjustable coilovers. I'm getting some put on the car and was wondering if anybody else put some and how they ride?

What coilover setup did you get ?? Every person who's riding on coilovers has different preferences, just to let you know. As for me I like my JIC setup, comfortable for the street, yet stiff enough for spirited driving.

Im getting a custom made setup so i have 8 adjustable settings. I like being low but having good control and not boucing everywhere. a customizing shop called exotics is doing it. they have a celica that they supercharged, it is a white one modified mag.

why not go with a regular setup from jic like the rs spec with custom springrates???

your wasting your time otherwise

and you can use any springs virtually from other coilovers.. funny but true

actually i have a custom setup from JIC. 2x longer springs for added travel, custom rates and valving to match. I love it. Its the JIC FLT-A2RS which means its inverted monotube as well.

I have the Tein COs... and the handling/ride quality on them is wonderful.

Just out of curiosity, what features are you getting with your custom set up that you could not get with the JICs or the Teins?

Are you going with a cheap brand like Dropzone??

I also have custom spring rates from Swift on one of the 2 sets I have along with revalving to go with them.

The other set I have has custom spring rates and valving done straight from Ksport, when ordered.

Now if you are thinking of a Coilover Sleeve, like Ground Controls.... They suck, as far as performance goes but they do get the job done as far as being lowered.
