^ yeah I know that's what I meant bro. He has been on the forums cuz he responded to what I wrote on some previous threads but hasn't responded back to your PMs.
Meaning he knows of your PMs but is just choosing not to reply to them..

I hope you get to the bottom of this man.

Alright man, I wouldn't have liked this to escalate to this point but it has and now i am gonna be forced to explain my side. I don't want to defend myself because i know you don't mean what your saying and your angry you didn't get what you thought you were getting and i apologize for that if i have somehow miscommunicated that to you.

Now as for the two threads you have posted up trying to discredit me and slander me, i respectfully ask the mods to take them down and me and dawgz resolve this privately.

Dawgz i must also ask you to contact me directly so we can speak 1 on 1 about the situation. For you to post up my SN, your perspective and your experience, without my input is not only unfair but is slanderous, as i have no way of defending myself, its your word against mine, not a resolution, thats a argument, and debate. I will not get into that with you. If you wish to contact me and resolve this situation amicably i am availiable. Check your pm.

sounds like he was trying to get your attention Jon, and it must have worked. people need to know about both sides of these arguments and I think the forum has every right to know when someone is scammed or not.

regardless, Jon should never have sold this piece of junk for $300...that is a scam in itself. but, I am just a spectator so I'm interested to hear the other side of the story and see what happens.

selling/buying on sg is sometimes a risky business for both parties. this is why members deserve to know when someone gets screwed, so hopefully people discover who the scammers are and discontinue doing business with them.

innocent until proven guilty...lets see both sides of the story.

What's the problem here? I was interested and purchasing that y-pipe before the seller sent me the pics. Immediately I knew it wasn't worth it. It's not the seller's fault since he sent CLEAR pictures. As for the price it can be sold for as much as anyone is willing to spend. So find it silly as f*ck that dawgz is threatening to fly to cali when he was shown the pics of the pipe he was buying before he sent the payment. Not the seller's fault at all. My .02

I would have to agree on this.
If the Seller clearly sent the pictures before the purchase you have clearly looked at what your buying.

If you purchase it and finding that it's not what you wanted its your own fault for making this purchase. Not the seller since he clearly (from what i have read in your other thread) informed you what had been done to the y-pipe...

But this is also just my opinion..
