Does this fit on top of the original lower grill or do you have to cut it off and then put mesh in as a filler.....?

maybe you can include a pic so we all know what website you're talkin' about.

i've got the BW kit, (uninstalled) and i'm pretty sure that it replaces the whole front bumper and back bumper. if the bumper you are purchasing doesn't look like a full bumper, don't buy it.
