Bulb or Electrical Problem???

Postby M_ABILLONES » Fri Mar 14, 2008 7:44 pm

About two weeks ago my right brake bulb started acting up...it'll only stay on but whenever I press the brake pedal it will not flash...Replaced the bulb last night & worked fine until tonight when my whole right brake bulb doesn't turn on anymore except when I press the brake pedal then it comes on...any of you guys had this problem before...is it the bulb or something electrical with the car?

i think that it is a bulb, or also can be a fuse, the 10 A of the tail lights, because i haved a problem like yours, and i changed the fuse and now works perfectly....

good luck!!!

just go to an auto parts store like... advanced auto parts or maybe sears... places like that, and buy a fuse bundle. costs $5 and comes with a bunch of different fuses/sizes, its always nice to have some extras. if you flip open the little compartment next to your left knee (when youre sitting in the car), it should say which fuse you need on the back of the compartment... hope that makes sense
