Don't know where you are at...but by my house walmart has them for 37 a pair...and cheapest place is ebay (yeah, cheaper even if you include shipping). I got my 4 bulbs for 50 SHIPPED! They were new. and yeah, they were silverstars...and one of them came with a nascar model car...kinda cool (too bad i'm not into nascar!).

The only drawback is... it sucks to lose highbeam for 99-01 h4 setup.
