If i bought an auto sc kit to put on a manual i know the egr tube is different, on the install of the EBC, for the automatic two wires are to be connected to the computer, but on the manual they are just to be ground. Is this a difference in EBC modules, or just the way they are installed? If i ground these two wires as in the manual install, will it mess up the ebc? Thanks

They now have manuals to install the SC and the EBC I believe.
