When you say valve work what do you mean exactly as i've read about a few different options??
And do you know what the engine is like with these fitted but with out any valve work??

You need to have the valves re adjusted for the cams.

x2 on asg14, valves have to be adjusted. I beleive the 3mz exhaust cams hit the valves a bit. while your at it, just get the head port polished, 3-5 angle valve job, larger valves. etc etc. Not cheap but it will be a very nice set up.
