Legally, Front signals must be white or amber as viewed from the front of the car. But you gotta have some amber showing to the sides. Basically, that means your front facing signals can be white if you have fender blinkers/side markers as well. I think thats offical wording, havent looked it up for a while
But legally, you also need that orange reflector.
Will cops notice or care? Its your call if you wanna try your luck.
But white rear blinkers are definitly not legal in all of the US and can be a magnet for a bored cop.

What Jon said is true. Hawaii is the ONLY state of 50 that has RECON and I'll bet that most of you don't even know what that is either. Anyways, if you want it to be LEGAL, then yea you will always need that orange reflector in the corner lamps. Even on the parking lights (for other cars). The bulb itself can emit a white light, but that since that orange reflector is there it will look orange/amber. If you have clear corners, then it'll be white. The bulbs themselves ARE NOT supposed to be blue or any shade there of, even if they emit a white/amber/whatever light. Now for the rear signal bulbs, there ARE NOT supposed to be any other color than amber. I got the whole run down on other stuff if ya need any more info/help guys. Shootz den.
