If you have a mist spray bottle, try spraying around the wires, cap, rotor area and if you see any sparks, then you know one of your wires is exposed, causing the misfire.
This happened on my old Accord and thats how I found the problem.

Martin: milage on your car?? (i know it has less than my sol). When was the last time u did a tune up?

If you don't want to figure this yourself then take to to matt's garage (@ HTC).

Or if you really wanted a toyota tech to look at it. ask for shawn at the service shop at don mcgill katy and tell him you are part of htc! In the past shawn has done some side stuff (outside the dealership).

GL! (its supposed to rain all week now!!!).

You might try new cap/rotor/wires (do we even have a rotor? you get the picture) And seal everything up nice with di-electric. I had a car that'd misfire in severe rain: That fixed it.

... just don't use anything that might "ignite" in that spray bottle...

Nothing but water should be used. The whole purpose of this is to simulate rain.
