exactly where did you cut bro??, because ur right mine is sort of at an angle and it annoys me at times

btw are you on springs still or back on your coils?

What i did was measure the corner of the lip and ran a ruler with a pencil to the side of the lip. I wanted the same height in the front in the side of the lip. I cut off the red part in the picture below. I still got to cut a little more in the center of the red line so that the lip would sit more flush.

The car is on Teins all around, no coils. I made sure i got a full tank of gas before so the rear is lower. haha :sweet: I enjoy riding at this comfort but man i wanna be the first Solara featured on HellaFlush hahah. But no money no DICE. I have some specs in mind that would look gangsta but i cant do nothing until i have money.

camryonbronze, the night shot of your car was the main deciding factor in me getting a solara. when I saw it the first time on cardomain I was stunned at the potential of these cars.

toy, cleannn! diggin the kit. everytime I'm in the city I pay special attention to try to spot your ride. hopefully I'll see it firsthand one day. keep up the good work

I like that look.... you got me itching to get a kit on my car now... LOL

If I did your front lip though... I would definitely cut as you did, but I would use a heatgun to soften it, and try to get it to mold better to the contours, you did an awesome job though!!!!

Grrrr.... Now I gotta try to talk my fiancee' into letting me spend $700+ on a bodykit... LMAO
Geeks get it done, while Nerds whimper and call for mommie.

Always been one of the cleanest gen 1s on the site. Car with kit looks great!

What it needs to be herraflush:

-Coilovers at the lowest setting
-more agressive wheels, maybe x8.5-9 + lower offset in the rear with some -camber?

Yup, i know. I got some wheel specs Ive been calculating and its gonna be a sick aggressive setup. Top Secret. hahah. Cant wait to do it in the future. Probably suit it up with Ksports.

Im a long way from doing it but its in the back burner for now..

I know there will be a Hellaflush Solara in the near future.
I figure right now it's between, you, indiglosolara, hari-bhari, and myself.
I'm working on gettin' it in the next 24 months. I don't know where you other guys are.
But I think indiglo is going to be REALLY close in the not so distant future.

Good luck to all of you and whoever else is striving to become Hellaflush Approved. 8)
