Ideas for Mid Atlantic VII

So next meet...Think itll still be beach weather in a month? Im thinkin Central/South Jersey Shore or Atlantic City area. Seaside Heights? Maybe if its not beach weather, we could scope out some event at Englishtown Raceway Park so the rest of NY/NJ has a chance to see Rizal and/or Joe in action. Dont know how you guys feel about racing at a different trak, but Im just getting down some ideas.

Tryin to figure something out where both NY and MD/VA can show up without driving a rediculous distance, since I think those are the two biggest hubs of east coast owners. Any ideas/suggestions, throw em at me.

I would say Englishtown or Seaside Heights, it depends if pple what race the track

Did some researching.

Check it out..Aug 28-29th theres another NOPI event at Atco Raceway in Atco NJ. Atco is in South Jersey, about 10 miles from Cherry hill for those that went to Cherry Hill last time. The Bullish Racing/Streetglow Solara twins will be there racing as well, and im pretty sure the Blue Lucas Oil/Turbonetics Solara will be there too, all running 6 and 7 second quarter miles. Itll be something to remember for those that havent seen them yet, and for those that have, you know how fun and crazy NOPI events turn out to be.

Good idea? Whod be up for it?

Those at NOPI at MIR for Mid Atlantic V know what NOPIs all about, and those at Mid Atlantic IV know how to get here cuz its right around Cherry Hill. Also, Atlantic City is about an hour away, but I think NOPI is enough entertainment for the day and night. What do you guys think?

Jon, that sounds like a cool idea. I am pretty sure the Solaras will be there. That is their home track. At least Paul Efantis told me that is what he considers his home track and he loves to race there. If I'm available I will be there. -JoeB

Damnit! I will be coming home from Florida that weekend!! I go to ATCO sometimes too, I'd love to make it, but I wont be home yet. Man, i'm never gonna get to meet you guys, I swear.

Im pushing 135 Horsepower, and stock 15s, IM NOT LOADED

Ill bring as many fit in my cooler though. You all know my cooler, right?

And im pretty sure all racetracks are dirty. Its a plot of land around a 1320ft straight away.

We can hook up a smaller Jersey minimeet sometime between now and then, since its a good 40 days away. Let me know what days your free so no ones gotta lose pay over it. (At this point, Im free all weekends, except the weekend of Aug 14-15.)

But if people are in for Atco, this can be the huge end of summer Mid Atlantic meet - The one to remember. Its just about halfway from Long Island and North Virginia, so I think we can get a pretty big turnout for this.

BTW, I thought englishtown was the Solaras' home track, not Atco. Streetglow and I think the Bullish Racing's garage is up in Newark so englishtown would be closer to them. Im not sure though.

A few more "HELL YEA ILL COME"'s and ill put up a new thread for a meet in Atco.

haha thai.... i heard that story.... well, not so much mid atlantic but if any of you guys wanna come up to New England at any point ,I'll have an apartment from Sept 4th 2004-Sept 4th 2005 at UConn and you're all welcome to crash and party there!

I'll be in for the car show at Atco if you guys go on Sunday Augest 29 cause i have a wedding that saturday. I missed the jones beach meet but i really wana go to one of these meets. Atco raceway is a decent track, its not as organized and detail oriented as englishtown raceway park is but its ok. The next big show at englishtown is the Fall Nationals on October 3rd.
