they're just yellow capsules from hidtech.com iono if they're actually from a lexust, they cost 15 bux a pop and yea i did it myself, it was a pain, i think itd be easier to send it over to hidtech and have em do it. it cost me 30 bux, plus 10 shipping for the capsules, and about 5 hours of labor, they charge from 50-100, and im pretty sure its gonna be 50 ish, but im glad im done with it now

TAPE it shut...basically remove your corners and take off the bulb, on the bottom you have two bumps, cover one of the bumps with electrical tape and test (if it didn't work, its the other bump). Any one try matrix yellow on the fogs' - i don't know if they even last long???

diy for the fogs is not recommended, its too much trouble and u can send it to hidtech.com and get it done for just a little more than cost of materials.

i did it myself, but i think woulda been more efficient to have hidtech.com do it. i didnt really save much money, and lost a lot of time

thanks for all the nice comments, and as for the gen2, im sure u can do taht too

BY TAPING it shut...its not perm solution (and doesn't entail cutting wires) . And the tape can be removed easily. I used to pimp such in the winters..btu i recently got the tape removed (basically the corners don't work, but the turn signals do). Its EASY, just remember if the bump on the lower part of the bulb does do as i stated, then its the other bump (there are two bumps at the lower side of out corner bulbs). PM for details.
