Don't just add more fluid, people!

Your pads are running low, get them checked. When pad are running low, more fluid is needed to make up for the lost distance between rotor and the bottom of the pads.

if the pads are low, it should make like high pitch noise while braking?

That's when the metal piece in the pad starts scratching and flippin up the rotor. By "running low" I mean they may be at 20 - 30% which is almost the time to throw away the pads.

But then I don't think that will make the brake light turns on just becuase ur brake pad are getting low?

When brakepads are running low, the piston on the caliper have to come out more to push the pad against the rotor. To achieve this, more fluid will come from the reservoir to the brake hose, hence making the brake fluid reservoir level goes down.

If you work on the car, you will know what I am talking about. Also, reservoir has front and back, if you look carefully, you will know whether the front or back is running low.
