ya know,i'm not to sure that the cel will light without a cat. because it's after all the sensors that would cause it ti light.if your state does emission testing,then you will have to install one to pass inspection ot it will most likely fail.

it would light.. there is an O2 sensor just for the cat... no emission testing here... ahah

I like it a lot... as far as how much of a difference it makes.. im not sure.. but my cat was clogged.. so it wasn't flowing like it should...

I think it helps... if I had a dyno that I could use for free... I would have gotten the Hp difference.. I think it helps for running boost.. doesn't sound too loud either..
