Hey guys. I had questions about the warranty of my vehicle so i called toyota today adn they said CAI and exhaust are OK as long as the O2 sensors are not tampered with. Yaay!

they're thinking can change when you pull the car in for waranty purposes.

shoot I had to get Solaradude's stock airbox just so they can continue to diagnose my car. The did however, say that the exause cat back was ok. Depends on what you have done and if they feel it affected the car to void the warrenty. Either way always good to go back to stock as others have said.

Toyota does not recommend aftermarket upgrades to its vehicles since the car was engineered to perform best w/ stock parts. About the warranty, you dont really "void" your warranty per say. It is more of whether or not the dealer or region finds that the aftermarket part was the cause of the problem. If so then Toyota wil not warr the part but you still have a warr on most other parts of the vehicle. But solow1605 if you called then you already knew that. haha
