What about xenon-filled halogen lights that give the "HID" look, what do you think about those? and do you also sell those?

Sure it's legal!...If you retro fit true DOT spec HID projectors from a BMW, AUDI, ect...

If it is legal for the luxury car then it's legal for you. hehe.
Play at your own risk. Most mods are illegal like my tinted windows.

It is illegal to sell and use these "halogen HID" kits in the US; however, Krawzyazn seems to get away with it.

BTW: Do some research on the bulbs and ballast, you want to at least make sure you get good quality stuff and not waste you money on a low end deal that will end up costing you at the end.

Get real HIDs, not the fake crap..they provide less light than stock..the only plus is that they're aesthetically pleasing.

let's say I want to get the xenon bulbs. Which brand should I get for a blue tint? I have tried many sets but I didn't see anything with the blue tint that I like. What brand do you guys use?

Best choice obviosuly is a custom projector bi-xenon (donated from an audi perhaps) custom fabbed into our housings.

If you dont have the dough, Sylvania Silverstars all the way dude. They are the best in appearance (slight blue tint, more of a clean white color) and light output IMO. If you absolutely must have those xenon look-alike bulbs, be prepared to drive around at night with a lot less light on the pavement.

Bottom line, those cheesy blue-painted HyPeRR ZeeNoN tYpE-R buLbz SuCkz AZz and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

i have the silverstars and they seem to be whiter than stock, but still have a yellowish tint. the pic in my sig is with some cheapos off ebay which actually worked pretty well until one of them burnt out a few months later...i wouldn't recommend the silverstars or the ebay ones for that matter. looks like PIAA or perhaps Philips BlueVisions are the way to go.

^ Actually I agree with you on that one. I just installed silverstar's on the headlights two minutes ago and It's not all that.

Good thing I got these real cheap. :drinking:

Better then stock at least but I expected more out of them.
