Clutch Slipping?
Coming home last night it was about 50 degrees so I got on it pretty good a few times, shifting around 6000RPM. I was watching the tach and after the 1-2 shift and 2-3 shift the gears did not grab right away. Sort of hard to explain but I could also see the tach kind of hovering around before it finally grabbed.
It could be the tires slipping but I don't think they would do that from 2-3 shift. Also, it only does it when the engine is wound up, not from a 3000 or 4000RPM shift.
Car has the original clutch at 115k now. S/C has been on for 15k.
Anybody have any similar situations? Unless it gets bad, I won't replace until next spring with a clutchmasters stage 2.
