Well, since my thread was pulled out of the public eye faster than a questionable government document....I didn't get a response to my original question....but, I found the site anyway, so for anyone who was curious about a website that had the european spec bulbs from Osram and Philips and that ships to the US...here you go.

I was debating between that and the other blue Philips ones. I like the bluish hue, but I want a brighter than stock bulb. I guess this is the way to go. Shipping is free from www.powerbulbs.co.uk too....

if you order from there, you do realize its going to be comming from the UK right? it may be faster to look around here inside the states.

although they say free shipping on all orders, are you sure international orders have free shipping?

shipping is free, even for people outside of uk. i think i pay like around $36 or so shipped.
The GT150 is brighter then the vision blue.

I can't find these bulbs in the US unfortunatly. At least I haven't been able to find anywhere. As S99Solara said, shipping is free all over the world. I can pay 20 more pounds (which is think is like $40) for rush shipping, but I'm in no hurry. I'm ordering them as soon as I finish checking the forum and I'll keep you all posted on how it goes.

so which one had the most light output? which one has the bluish tint? I'm looking for a bulb with a blue tint to it. I want it to look like HID, which ones should I get and from which website? Can you post some pictures? Thank you.

The best output I would say the GT150 & WeatherVision, but these will not look like HID. the only one that will look like hid is the BlueVision.
hope that help
