tranny hesitation

After my car sits for a few days, it tends to engage Reverse slowly (I'm under a car port, so that's the first gear I engage). It doesn't jerk into gear, just kinda slides in. Drive is fine, and the thing shifts out fine after that. I got 63K as it sits, and according to a sticker under the hood, the car had a tranny flush at 22K (really, really early). I can find no evidence of tranny trouble in the car's past (I'm the 2nd owner). The fluid level is fine. Any suggestions? Thanks...

It may be that the filter is clogged, so a flush might be the best thing to start with. After shifting from Reverse though, it works fine. Shifts out perfectly, no hesitation or noise...Kinda strange
