wheel question

Sorry for this dumb question first because I have little knowledge about wheels.
I know this guy from my local mechanic shop. He wants to trade his 17' Konig wheels with my stock ones for $200 (I pay him). Here's the link of the picture of a similar rim. http://www.konigwheels.com/images/214_b.jpg
They are five-holes, except fot that everything else is exactly the same as the the one in the picture.
The rims are in good condition and come with good year snow tires. However, the size is 235/45/17. Kinda wide for Solara since the stock ones are 205.
Is this a good buy? And is there any problem with the size? Please help.

Just make sure the bolt pattern is 5x114.3
and 215/50/17 is good for tires.
