Its taken me about 3 years to get to the point of modifications I got now... I just dont have the $$bling$$ extra cash income yet.

And theres a huge difference between a Manual Solara to an Auto Solara to MY Auto Slowlara... ive destroyed my tq converter's racing ability lol.

Car noises

Postby SleeperSolara » Tue Sep 28, 2004 7:57 am

Well all i have is a K&N drop-in air filter.
I took out the intake box snorkel.
It sounds almost like an intake if you rev it to the right spot, and let go quickly.
It's not as loud as a real aftermarket intake, but when i floor it under a bridge it echos like no other.
On time when i was drivin' toward south side of city, and was goin under the bridge i floored it like no other, and the stock intake box was screamin' loud and a hob-bo look over at me, to see where the loud noise was comin' from.
Another time was when i was cruisin' at night, and was drivin on Shield[ and long mini-highway in OKC] a Cavaliar was tryin' to pass me, and i floored it hard and the intake screamed loud again, and the little wigga looked over at my engine like he was suprised that my Toyota ws loud.

Top Speed Run finished at 130 mph. :o
Too many modifcations for the signature.

i don't want to feel stupid, but what's the intake box snorkel? Is it safe to take it out? Also, how do you take it out? Thanks in advance.

I can't even hear my music anymore unless I crank it or slip in my exhaust silencers. Passengers are also always complain of a headache after a ride in my car. The cool thing is you can also hear the SC scream over the exhaust.

Yes, Toyota is manufacturing the ion engines for the TIE Fighters now. ;)

Maybe they'll stop getting shot up so easy?

...yes, I'm a Star Wars geek. I'll stop now.
