I remember the time when I attempted to change the clock lights to red or something and failed. In the process, the springs that lets you change the HOUR and MIN fell out and now I cant really change the time :( I mean I still have the long black piece but it really doesnt do anything without the springs :(

craaaaaaaap :(

Without knowing anything about what the springs look like, I have two suggestions:

1) If the spring came off and could have left the car, sweep the area with a magnet. You'll find any local hardware store will have a magnet on a stick designed for just that purpose.

2) If all else fails, take apart a couple ball-point pens. If the spring is too big, maybe you could trim it down with wire cutters.

Hope that helps... :-?

dude in my opinion, the bmw cars have the nicest HID color. It looks blueish closely and purpleish from faraway. So nice.

Ok anyway back to the topic of your clock. It is a small rubber piece that you need to look for and not a spring. I had the same issue till I found the rubber piece under my seat. L@@k around.
