Well guys i've posted several times about this, when i went in for my 90k i took care of my o2 sensor + misfires, but i have been back several times due to this new code, P1135 - heater circuit open/short.

My shop is telling me this could have something to do with the line to my air/fuel sensor, so we disconnected my A/F ratio gauge, (which never worked anyways, anyone know why?) and that didnt' work.

Now they think ti could have something to do with my S-AFC II, which they installed..its not the shop cuz they have a good rep and i've been going there for years..matter of fact i'm going in tommorow to look at the s-afc.anyone have an idea? I Appreciate it

Hey ChargedSolara,

I did a google search for 'solara p1135' and found a couple good results.

Check out these links and see if they help you. I read through them and seems pretty close to what you posted about.

P1135 on '97 Camry CE I4 5spd:

P1135 on '98 Camry V6:
