Night Solara Alarm Calls?

Night Solara Alarm Calls?

Postby DatSRBoi » Wed Oct 13, 2004 9:05 am

Ok, I looked around and saw nothing about this so I think its ok for me to post this. Lately I been getting night wake up calls. MY CAR ALARM that is. I thought at first some Homo thought it be nice to jack my car and I would run out with my clubs and all. No one. Its been happening for weeks now so I figure it was just false alarm. I tooked it to the dealership and they resetted my alarm. Its still going off at night for no reason. Sometimes even durning the day. Its like D/Cing you battery and plugging it back and the alarm goes off. But my battery is pretty new still so I dont know whats wrong with it. Any ideas? Its the factory alarm ID ELVAT6B :-?

You know what I was told? I was told that solara had a small problem of when it is turn off and like the security and all is still running in the back ground. If it is off for a long time (which in this case only darn 7 huors) the solara has a tendency of causing itselfs on a power surge.....Some guy at the dealership told me this........I was like WTF? Then dude tried to get me to buy a new battery from them which wasnt any better then mine. So dont know what to believe. The alarms just pissing my block really bad. People be waking up and complaining.BADD
