Not on the back. Rears on the I4 use drums, not discs.

Think the fronts are the same, but not 100% on that.

not this discussion again...there has always been a debate...from what i recall i4 solara (5sfe) w/ abs have had 4 disc's. But no one has collaborated on that...so the mystery continues....

If they were the same year, the fronts shouldn't have a problem.

I did however have problems with brake pads meant for a 99 or 2000 on my 01

Sorry but the i4 can't fit the v6 rotors or pads. YOU should have known better. Sorry. Good luck with your pay-pal issue. You will loose that battle if you did not specify that it will only work for v6 models.

Um, I have a 2000 5S-FE and the FRONT rotors are the same as the 1MZ-FE. How do I know? Because when I bought the brembo drilled/slot rotors, they were the same as all the 6cylinders. How did I determine this? Because the person that did the group buys for those rotors had many 6cylinder guys buy as well as 4cyl guys. He had rotors all over his house and notice that they are the same. He almost returned them because he thought the rotors for the 5S-FE were the wrong shipments. Anyways, in conclusion, Solara front rotors are all the same.
