for some reason, whenever I gun it or like go faster than normal the brake light comes on for a little bit...dunno what the problem is.

My brother's Focus had a similiar problem....so I put an explosive in the car and took care of the situation.

haha but seriously his brakes were on when he wasn't hitting the brakes and it turns out the sensor behind his brake pedal had become loose and I needed to fidget with it, put it back in place and reinforce the wires with some electrical tape.

I had that problem when my pads were worn down.

Changed pads and it went away, but it could be the fluid too.

But anywho just add a little fluid, your pads are wearing down.
