does any one knows how to rollback a digital odometer on a solara

there are hacking systems out there, they cost around 2k each, but if you are doing this to sell the car u can get into alot of trouble, first everytime u went to take emissions they took down ur milege and also any oil changes take ur milege down too, so the buyer will prolly ask for both

i luv how it's a "reprogrammer" ..they make it sound like it's used to "fix" or "calibrate" a "damaged" or "replaced" digital od...heheh..nice way to legally put it, but we all know what it's used for :evilbat:

the only reason i saw it b/c i was lookin for modchips for my ps and found that too

This came up because I found it would be more cost efficent, to put all sorts of gauge lights in an extra gauge I can buy and then throw the whole unit in...

but the new unit has more miles than my car does?
do the cars have some kind of internal memory as to discover their mileage? that toyota can maybe set them back to?

or is the gauge cluster the end all brain?
