Wood Grain

Postby Jaimster » Thu Aug 30, 2001 10:00 pm

Does anyone know if its possible to change the wood grain panels in my solara? They just don't match my silver car, black and gray interior, and chrome trims. I would like to make it look like the new Acura TL's gray wood grain patern trim. Does anyone else wish they had another option on the wood grain?
Yeah, I've owned 2 Solaras so.............................Image

Something darker, maybe dark gray would be nice. I believe that if the solara were to have wood grain, it should include the shifter and some on the instrument panels and dash board. Just my opinion, but I can live with what I have.

Check eBay, there's dash applique kits on there. Thinking of getting the burlwood for mine to accent it a little more...

Oh... on that, I don't know. The only thing I could think of would be to do it yourself (paint them?) or get a mold made of them.

^^ what he said, i think the only solution currently is to wrap it/cover it/sticker it. There are no kits for our cars!
